Eligible patients may receive Exercise Physiology services under:

  • Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plans

  • Team Care Arrangements (TCA)

  • Group Programs for Type 2 Diabetes.

Specialised programs & classes

Clinical Mat Pilates

Targeted core, hip and thigh strengthening to help improve posture, reduce back pain, support pelvic floor health and assist with injury recovery and prevention.

Able & Stable Group Therapy

Strength and balance training for fall prevention. Designed for older adults looking to improve leg strength, coordination and confidence.

Neurological Group Therapy

Supportive, movement-based classes for those living with conditions like Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple sclerosis (MS), Stroke and more. Focused on improving balance, coordination, mobility and overall wellbeing.

Type 2 Diabetes Group Therapy

Exercise classes designed to improve insulin sensitivity, glucose control and metabolism. Includes general nutrition guidance. Medicare rebates may apply.

Employment physical evaluations

We perform Functional Capacity Evaluations for individuals or businesses to determine job readiness or physical suitability for specific roles. Fast, flexible bookings with prompt reporting.

Customised workplace health programs including physical assessments and exercise plans to improve staff wellbeing, productivity and morale.

Personal training & weight loss programs

Safe, effective exercise guidance from pre-pregnancy through to postnatal recovery – tailored to your stage and needs.

Pre-pregnancy

We help strengthen your body in preparation for pregnancy, especially if you're managing issues like back pain.

During pregnancy
